Glassing Factory
Red Spot Surf Co is full service board building factory. Stocked with a shaping machine, shaping bays and a full time crew of 5. Board building is an essential part of surf culture. We keep that tradition alive through quality handmade surfboards.
Glassing and resin works are unique to surfing. Each board is an individual project with specific colors and shapes. We pride ourselves on beautiful glasswork for every board. Making each piece worthy of hanging on your wall.
Our shaping machine is manned full time by an operator. The machine is able to cut channels, wings, step decks and carve out concaves for any design. The 3DM machine is fast, leaving a precise and nearly complete shape ready for glassing.
Bring your designs and shapes to Red Spot Surf Co. Shape your designs in one of our bays and let us build your boards for you! Shaping bays are available for rent to either finish or hand shape boards.
